Crate washer type CRATEMAN XL for frest meat crates with a capacity of max. 400 crates/hour, manufactured out of stainless steel and other non-corrosive materials, dimensions: 1450 x 1025 x 2000 mm (l x w x h). The machine can be operated by one person and can handle different crate sizes of up to 800 x 600 x 350 mm.
The washing cycle takes place in a 4-stage process. During each stage of the process the washing wheel turns 90°.
The 4 different stages can be identified as follows:
- loading and unloading section
- pre wash section
- main wash section
- rinse section
The machine is supplied with:
- LC controller
- high pressure water pump, 7.5kW, 3 bar
- Sieve filter
- Max. crate dimensions: 800 x 600 x 350 mm
