The Systemate Automatic Opener cuts your product from the vent up to the breast, creating access for evisceration units. A clean, perfect cut maximizes yield and reduces the chance of product damage and contamination. The length of the opening cut can be adjusted to fit your specific needs.

This particular machine has 10 opening units and can process up to 3000 birds per hour. It runs counter clock wise at a 6 inch pitch. Please note that this system requires a major overhaul.
